Oats + Nuts + Fruits + Yogurt
A perfect start of the day full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein. The base here are the yogurt and the oats, then you can add your favorite fruits and nuts to the mix. You can also use a blender and mix the yogurt and fruits (bananas, raspberries, strawberries, etc.) together, to give it a great taste.
