What you can make for breakfast, that is not taking much of your time in the morning, so you can keep following your healthy diet?
If you have to start your day early there’s usually not many time for preparing your breakfast, here are some good ideas. Especially when you are a woman, there is hair, make up and so on to be done, you know. That’s why sometimes it seems so difficult to keep up with your healthy diet plan. Oats + Nuts + Fruits + Yogurt
A perfect start of the day full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein. The base here are the yogurt and the oats, then you can add your favorite fruits and nuts to the mix. You can also use a blender and mix the yogurt and fruits (bananas, raspberries, strawberries, etc.) together, to give it a great taste.
